Specific to this house

• House 4 differs from Houses 1 and 2 not only in being slightly smaller, but also in having its dining table outside the kitchen. Admittedly this is at the cost of a slightly reduced sitting area, but some people prefer this arrangement.
• Spacious bathroom.
• Views not only to the walled garden and beyond to Dunguile Hill (iron age fort) and Screel Hill, but also southwest to the pool courtyard.
