Specific to this house

• Overall the most spacious bedrooms in the courtyard.
• The cosy sitting room with its Victorian fireplace and wood-boarded walls has particular style and character, although it is not as big as the House 2 sitting room.
• "Gin Rummy corner" with card table and dedicated seating and lighting.
• Top quality Bette bath (in main bathroom), spacious with a flat non-slip standing area for using the over-bath shower.
• Windows look out at some of our most splendid trees. Windows on the courtyard side face southwest (so plenty of light in the sitting room).
