1. Have you read all of the previous page How To Book? Essential for making sense of things in the online system.

2. Although bookings placed through this system feel like live bookings, strictly speaking they are provisional booking requests:

• The booking is not 100% definite until confirmed by us (with a request for payment), and until the required payment is received;
• But meanwhile the house(s) and dates you book are immediately held for you, and are shown as provisionally booked on the availability chart.

The links below will take you to a secure server - the address in your browser bar will become https://secure.supercontrol.co.uk/... (the "s" in https stands for secure). But our own website framework and menus remain, so you can at any point go to another page in our website using the menus - if you leave a booking part-completed and want to resume it, return to this page and use the last link below.

• Availability & Booking - view availability and price a holiday without having to make a booking, although you can also do that (provisionally - see notes above).
• Enquiry form / Add details to existing booking - useful for dates further ahead than the system shows, or if dates you want are shown as provisionally booked; or add extras, bed arrangements etc. to an existing booking.
• Return to booking in progress - use this link if you have left a part-completed booking to look up something elsewhere in our website.
