There is an answering machine (any of the telephone lines) when the office is unattended. Messages are picked up regularly, but not on Sundays and seldom after about noon on Saturdays.

Office hours

There is usually someone in the office from 8.00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, intermittently on Saturdays, never on Sundays. Karen Monteith is normally in Monday to Thursday from 8.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. There's a telephone answering machine: see above.
